Our clients :
A fully automated testing system for electronic boards (PCBA), integrating a Fanuc collaborative robot (COBOT), an Ingun automated test fixture, and ATE-Labs Engineering's software and equipment.
The system enables reliable, precise, and efficient end-to-end electrical and functional testing (ICT and FCT) with no human intervention. It is capable of replacing up to three operators per day on the production line.
Optional system extensions include a barcode reader for scanning PCBA data, automatic reporting of test results to the ERP system, automated sorting of tested PCBA boards (PASS / FAIL), and a PCBA Loader or PCBA Conveyor.
We demonstrated the system at the NEW-TECH 2025 exhibition in Tel-Aviv.

Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) System – Case Study
A leading defense company proactively sought to improve product reliability by identifying potential early-life failures before entering full-scale production. To support this goal, an automated ESS system was developed, combining exposure to extreme environmental conditions with fully integrated automated testing and process control.
Our ATE (Automated Test Equipment) design for the mass production of embedded products was developed for this client. The tester is fully automated and includes customized software with a user interface, a reporting database, customized mechanics, smart cameras, and programmable test equipment. It is integrated with an ESS chamber controlled by our automated test management software, which simulates extreme temperature and vibration conditions.
The solution enables consistent, high-throughput screening with minimal manual intervention, ensuring early detection of latent defects and improving overall product reliability while reducing the risk of field failures.

Automated Test Equipment (ATE) System – Case Study
A leading medical device company needed to streamline the mass production of embedded products while ensuring the highest quality and reliability. To achieve this, we developed a fully automated ATE system that optimizes firmware programming, electrical testing, and functional verification, significantly reducing production time and minimizing human error.
Our ATE (Automated Test Equipment) design includes customized software with a user interface, a reporting database, customized mechanics, and programmable test equipment. The system can test 10 PCBA units simultaneously, performing firmware programming, electrical tests, and functional tests (ICT and FCT) in parallel.
This solution enables high-throughput, consistent testing with minimal manual intervention, ensuring reliable product quality from the start of production while reducing operational costs and risk of field failures.
